dgnty: This is my contribution to my group in our advocacy for LGBT rights. The concept is pretty simple. A rainbow shield in a diamond pattern = guarding LGBT rights. Rainbow = international symbol for LGBT pride. aaand in a diamond pattern to sort of connote that it is a “precious” right that should be equal with other human rights. I’ll print them on stickers and give out some at our Queer Cinema class group exhibition on Thursday at the Bernal Gallery. I’m doing a video art installation :) Yay for the Rainbow Guardians! :p
